Our ordering process is very easy. Just fill out the on-line order form and submit it. You do not need to do anything else if you receive our auto-reply. We'll begin your order and invoice you as soom as your order is being filled. The invoice comes via email and allows many options for payment.If you don't receive and invoice within 72 hours , please feel free to send an email just to check.We'll receive your order, assemble your package and send you an invoice for payment. The invoice is handled through Paypal. You do NOT have to have a Paypal account to make payment as the invoice can be paid via credit card or bank draft. We like this system because we don't have tohandle sensitive personal information by using this method. Once the invoice is paid, we'll send your order out, typically ususing USPS Priority Mail ( unless you specify otherwise )
LEADTIME: We say that our standard leadtime for domestic orders is 2 weeks. MOST of the time we beat that. But sometimes we're swamped... other times bored stiff waiting for orders :-) Bottomline, we try to stock product and be fast, but with a workforce of 2 part-timers it'd be crazy to think we could be as fast as the big guys. International shipments take longer only because of extra transportation time.

The new catalog has been published at is available in the link to the left of this text box. Please notice that we moved some of the slower selling products to a category called "Special Order". We'll continue making them for the artists who are addicted to them, but feel this strategy will enable us to concentrate more on the newer high-demand products.
Also, while we have expanded a bit with theTinkerage coming online to produce and ship the product. please remember A) We're small and home-based, B) We juggle the best we can to take care of folks, C) We process in order received, so placing your order sooner is a good thing in terms of ultimate delivery!

Each variant is made from the finest ingredients and we utilize natural ingredients to the maximum extent possible while retaining the best properties. Ingredients include Carnauba, Candelilla, Beeswax, food grade paraffins, microcrystalline waxes, plant resins, natural earth pigments and modifiers. No ingredient is added just to "cut" the product.
